I just wanted to share the 3D Models I made at my time at RIT. I often get a little excited when it comes to showing people things I have made, and tend to force them to watch and/or look at them (often repeatedly) lol. When you put a lot of work into something you take pride in it. Even if it isn't very good. So here is some of the fruit of my labors. I hope you all enjoy!
This is a video that I made at RIT. It was the first of my digital projects. When we first started out we had to use a Bolex camera with actual film. For those who don't know, a Bolex is a camera that needed to be wound up. If any light is to get in it could cause the film to be overexposed. Therefore the film has to be installed in complete darkness.
The video above is basically just of my friends bowling, but I tried to follow the whole process of the game while incorporating interesting shots. It's definitely not the best thing ever made, but I think in terms of continuity and cinematography its not too bad (Especially when you consider it's something I threw together somewhat last minute).
This is a animation I found when I was attending Rochester Institute of Technology. I was a Film and Animation student so it appealed to me. I also found it funny because I am sometimes easily distracted. I'm sure most people can agree that we all have had moments like that. This animation takes this idea of a distraction and turns it into a physical manifestation. It is truly a clever idea for a short animation and I thought you all might enjoy it as much as I did.
